Hi Eric, my seller told me that the tracking number for my purchase is incorrect. He gave me another tracking number and the items has reached the warehouse. However, the taobao system is still showing the wrong tracking number and it’s not updating the arrival status. Should I contact taobao customer service or will they automatically send the items out? I’m using direct shipping with taobao.
