Hi Eric, I am from Malaysia. I have bought some items from taobao and shipped thru the Global Consolidation and Shipping. On receiving the items, I found out that some parts of the items were damage and I contacted the seller via AliWangWang. They agreed to send me the faulty parts but right to the warehouse only.
My question is how can I get the items to send to my address in Malaysia and how to pay for the fee?
Is the process the same as I first purchase the items i.e. the 2nd payment.
