Thanks for the answer. I found the UPS track through their website (https://www.jcex.com/) Just put in your waybill number and track. In the info on the top they provide 目的地查询单号 which is the UPS tracking info.

Oh I see, since they are using UPS to ship to me, do they have a UPS tracking code I can use on UPS tracking website? Atm I can only track my package through the waybill number and it passed customs but it’s been several days with no updates.

Hi I was wondering if there is a difference between 佳成-UPS and US UPS because I can’t seem to track my code on UPS website but I can track code on 佳成 website. So are they two different company?
