Can I ask something about the penalty for the unclaimed items on time if how much it’s cost the said penalty ?
Like for example my scenario I ordered items from taobao as far as I know the delivery was arrived at pick up area after 4 to 5 working days.what if Im not available during weekdays because the only day I’m free is during Sundays and holidays to pick up my orders .
