hello ,I create a taobao account and i have 24 items in my cart and the whole time i was on taobao main china web and not the world taobao so i switched to worldtaobao to check the price convert to USD and i was click on this item and it said ”  根据所在国法律法规或平台政策，此项商品限制下单购买。” I’m worry bc i really want this items and when i try to go to the next step is still let me but I’m worry for later on

hi sorry for trouble but my friend used my acc to buy TB stuffs my stuffs already arrived at the warehouse n her stuffs said 交易关闭 or ” trading closed ” what does it means
i asked her n she said they didn’t deducted money from her bank it that mean or order didn’t go through ?
