I recently placed an order for couple keyboards (one of the keyboards contains battery btw, if that could be a problem) on tao, and used JCEX to forward package to US. Today they got my package and delivery status was updated with following ” 很抱歉，您的包裹因特货原因无法正常入库，请速与佳成集货商联系 ” which google translates to following : ” Sorry, your Internet package goods reasons beyond normal storage, dashing contact with a good set of goods and Suppliers ”

Could you please advice who should I contact and what are the chances this will eventually get to me?
