1. I made about 10 orders and left them for a month, and now they are in the “evaluate” area of my orders. I don’t see a way to consolidate and pay for my 2nd shipment…. how do I pay for shipping now?? My forwarder for them all is Zhongshan Express.

2. One of my orders logistics says something odd at the end, like they lost the package. “2017-May-23Tues.20:43:35【集运】很抱歉，您的包裹因缺料原因无法正常入库，请速与广东中山速递集货商联系” What does this mean?
