Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by Welson Kee.
Hello! So I order my stuff on taobao and as for now then parcels is in the 送关 condition. I’m not really sure what’s that. I tried to contact the express service but I couldn’t reach them. I’m in Singapore, so when I called Singapore’s Taobao service centre, it was said that this service is not on the line. Thanks in advance!
