Hi Eric,

My parcel arrived at the warehouse and i was asked to pay the handling fees which I have done. However, it does not show up on the status that I have paid and I am slightly concerned. The ‘handling’ option is still shown on my tracking status but I already paid, what should I do? My money has been deducted from my bank as well.
