Hi Eric, I just discovered Taobao.com recently through Chinese electric motorcycle parts I buy. So I have purchased about 5 to six items to see how the shipping would work out. So if I think I understand the tip you are informing in this Forum. Are you suggesting as a local delivery address that supports Express shipping USPS OR UPS OR DHL 1st to mainland China. then the seller will ship to that local address for proper storage until Overseas shipping is paid. So far I only received a Tire and tube that arrived here in great time, I purchased the tire on the 12 of DEC and arrived here in the Bronx NY on DEC 17. But I noticed that the Tracking numbers of most of the Items that the sellers use there default delivery vender they either can not be tracked or are very delayed in the info received in taobao logistics. Thank you for creating this website and support group. Also I tried using the support Telephone 3# you provided for English support, but it seems that they really do not support English as an option being that i only reached taobao in Chinese support. any useful info would be greatly appreciated. thank you!
