This is helpful .I consolidated my items and one is missing but I paid for this item . When I checked total weight in app and on the parcel are the same and this item is not in it . The thing is I bought 2 items from the same shop and one of that is missing. I don’t know weight of individual piece. How do I check if they ship this item to warehouse? I want to know if the problem is with seller or forwarder.
