Hi Eric,
I have paid the shipping fees and suppose they are going to courier my parcel oversea right? But the status keep showing 包裹正在等待揽收, what is this mean? I have message the shipping company but did not get the reply from them, i am from Malaysia, i selected Prouter as the shipping company… i am so worried now as i am urgently need that parcel. They said 包裹已出库 on last Saturday and need to wait to 3-5 or 4-8 days to receive… but why i cant track where is my parcel now…hope you can help
