Hi Eric,
I’m trying to buy several different orders and consolidate them and get them shipped. For some orders, I accidentally selected JCEX-UPS, and for some I selected the Zhongshan Courier. Is there a way to change it so that the JCEX-UPS ones change to shipping through Zhongshan Courier? I notice now that for the items that arrived at the warehouse, JCEX-UPS is way too expensive!

Sorry to bother again, but for one of my orders from one of the sellers, he was telling me that one of the items I ordered won’t come in until 2 days from now, and he wanted to ship two parcels to the warehouse. I said yes to him at first, but… the problem is, I heard that Taobao warehouse has issues with keeping track of an order where there are two parcels? What do I do? Here is his first message:
你这个要过两天才有货
我们把您其他的东西先发过去
可以吗
然后这个等到出货了就立马给您发 OK吗
Here is his second message:
你这个是到转运仓的
我这边发两个单号出去
您那边是收的到的吗
