Hi Eric,

I have always purchase and receive my stuff in the USA without any issues. Sitting at the custom for 2 days then UPS will deliver to my house. Except this time, even UPS cannot pick up the package from the airport. The status says “Technical Issues at LAX” What are the reasons? UPS can’t explain to me and I have been contacting JEX for 2 days. No answer.
