Hi Eric I received my items today. The problem is I ordered 4 items but I only received 3. Yet, when I checked the logistics it said its delivered. So, I’m just wondering if it is a common problem for them to ship seperately? Or should I just request from a refund?

Hi ive just ordered something from taobao recently and currently it says “already warehousing” does this mean it reached the warehouse and its going to ship to my country soon? and does anyone know how long does it usually take to arrive (Malaysia) once it has the status of “already warehousing”? Sorry for the inconvenience, just making sure 🙂
