hi eric, my stuff arrived at a warehouse, this is my first time ordering from taobao. and apparently its special packaging so i have to pay more. its a smalll little electric motor. anyways the weight is .58kg and im getting charged 15usd. is this normal, and this is shipping to the US. am i able to change the shipping from ups to usps. i have not paid the warehouse to ship is out yet
