I bought a one piece resin figure from Model Palace back in January and it’s now been shipped after my 2nd and final payment for the product. However, looking at the tracking it says recipient failed to pay for domestic express shipping. So I contacted the seller and he said the consignee needs to pay for domestic express shipping after checking the quality of the product. I did not know that this even existed. I bought 2 products from them and the other (bought in March) is still under preorder phase too. So I will be encountering the same problem…

Do you know what I can do to resolve this and get it shipped? 4px said the seller needs to talk to the place they are shipping the product to and organise payment that way. But I am clueless as to what to do and I can’t read/write chinese so communication is very hard :(…. Please help
