Hi Eric,

I’ve recently purchased an item from taobao using visa through alipay and apparently the payment didn’t go through. However, alipay stated that it will refund me because the item is out of stock.
My question is will the refund go into my alipay account? Or will it be credited back to my visa’s bank account directly?
I’m afraid that the refund will go into alipay account and I’m not able to withdraw the refund out or pay for my subsequent taobao purchases because I can’t verify my account because I’m not from China and Alipay requires a china bank account as well as personal information.
