Hi Eric, I want to buy branded goods from Tmall to Malaysia.
I contacted the Taobao official Global Direct shipper and they advised against using direct shipping because the parcel may be delayed/rejected.
Will the consolidated shipping-> official forwarders like 4px etc. accept sensitive goods like branded items?
Or *must* I go through a 3rd party forwarder? So far I only found Boxku and Wiwaa which are expensive for sensitive goods. Any other forwarders to recommend?

Managed to make my first purchase using Boxku, but it is expensive for sensitive items.

How do I find or contact these other forwarders on Taobao? I am using the China Taobao app and desktop site.
