Hi Eric,

First of all, thank you for all your guides on navigating this taobao site. It has been super useful and I have just received my first parcel from them via air shipping.

After the success, i thought I’d try a cheaper transporting method via sea shipping and made some errors with the orders. So I had to close several orders without paying. No big problem there.

Had this issue with one seller tho. 亲,您在本店已被限制购买,如有疑问请与店长联系. It seems like he has “banned” me from buying from his store. Have you encountered this? is there a way around it?

First of all, thank you for your guides. It has been useful and I’ve managed to successfully receive my first parcel via air shipping.

With a new confidence, I tried ordering a new parcel via sea shipping but got the order wrong a couple of times and managed to cancel without paying (no problems there)

However, with one seller, i seemed to be “banned” from buying from his store. I get this error when trying to check out, 亲,您在本店已被限制购买,如有疑问请与店长联系. Any advice on how to resolve this?
