    1. Taobao official shipping is not supported, because the maximum weight of the package they accept is 20kg

It is possible if you use a third-party Taobao forwarder.

But I suggest you use sea shipping because air shipping is too expensive for a bed.

  1. hi eric i have a question about making payment . i am using a computer and trying to figure out how to make payment using my credit card but im having hard time with the currency because when im adding the product it is saying it is in japanese yen but when im making payment it is translating in RM or US dollar.. i dont know if that is only on my google chrome because it is automatically translating into english but im confused .. help me thanks

  2. Hi Eric,
Thank you for your page and this post. It’s really helpful. I think as of now (June 2020), the rates for shipping has changed. I recently bought some clothes that were 1.5kg total but I had to pay about 120 yuan. Also, one question I have is: after paying for the shipping to 4PX, how can I track the parcel? I can’t seem to find it anywhere on the taobao page nor are there any email/ info on parcel tracking. Basically after u pay the shipping, the order just says completed. Hope you can help! Thanks

    1. yes, they changed their price, I will update shortly. and you can go to the page where you pay the freight to track the parcel.

another way is to contact your forwarder, they will tell you where the parcel is now.
