Thanks for the writeup! I ordered 4 items as one order, and from the domestic tracking number, it appears the order has been delivered to the warehouse. However when I check the Cross-border logistics management page, I only see 1 item (the first item in the order) shown as ready to ship.. does this include the other 3 items in my order or did just only that 1 item arrived to the warehouse so far? How would I go about tracking that down? Thanks again!
