Hi, I am new to Taobao, every time I tried to go confirm my orders after adding to cart, I received the following message “对不起，无法购买
亲，同一时间下单人数过多，建议您稍后再试”.

I’ve been trying for a week and it always shows it is too busy or have too many orders. I also tried purchasing through the app, but it will also give me a (购物失败）UNKNOWN_FAIL_MSG error。 There is obviously something wrong here and my account is newly set up. I tried to get the customer service to help online, but after getting redirected a few times over the chat window, they said they will escalate it but I have not heard from them at all. Really feel quite helpless now and wondering if you could help? Thanks!
