Hi! A couple of months ago I bought a few pins reproducing unofficial anime arts. I tried to use the official forwarding service towards Japan, but the items got banned (I should have expected that, since Japan is so strict about copyright laws). Now I moved back to Europe and I don’t know what to do, since everything is in Chinese and Google translate makes no sense. Am I eligible for a refund even tho almost 3 months have passed? Or can I ask the forwarding service to ship it to my address in Europe? Honestly I have no idea where my items are xD
