Hi Eric, I used my singapore credit card to buy some food goodies but ended up food seller told me to request for refund as they cannot ship to singapore. I had applied for a refund based on your screenshots. How does the seller knows how to refund me as they never ask for my UOB credit card number. I don’t have any bank from China. And my credit card will still show the amount I paid instead of the refunded money. I’m puzzle how they can refund me
