Eric. do you know what is Taobao email address for Chima and also Singapore. I have emailed to Taobao any times and also to their Refund Agent, the address was given by the refund agents but is either returned or no reply. I have also emailed to Alibaba group but nothing comes out of it. I want to complain Taobao ‘s unscupulous cheating sellers. they deliver old unsaleable old stocks or imitations to oversea buyers especially to Singapore buyers, taking the opportunity that most buyers will not return the products without free return shipping becuse the return shipping fee is more than the cost of the products. The sellers become more bold when Taobao sided with then dfoe return before refund. I have been cheated too many times and just recenly I have 2 cases the the sellers deliver imitation to me but no Taobao agentcan help me because they want return at my own cost. I hope you can help me by giving me their email addresses. I have also posted my email in Facwbook but those Taobao pppl are more corncern with their pay then to help customers seeking their assistance. Thanks
