Hi. I ordered an item using direct delivery to ship oversea. The problem is, the item has arrived at the warehouse but seems like the system doesn’t show “arrived” notification and it has been like that for weeks now. No movement at all.

To make matters worse, the seller said that the item has arrived at the warehouse and refuse to give me a refund when requested.

So how to contact the warehouse so I could expedite the shipment hoping that I could change direct delivery to consolidation shipping?
