Hi Eric,
My package was delivered by the seller to Consolidation WH…I called the WH they confirmed the seller already shipped to the Consolidation WH…however on my Taobao screen I cannot see the packaging and thus cannot pay for the overseas freight. I checked with the Customer service Logistic they say the seller order # was tagged to different Taoboa order #. I contact the seller somehow the seller say they already shipped to WH…and Logistics say need to return to seller but the seller claim they already sent. Now parcel is stuck in WH
