Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by Georgina.
My orders are already in Singapore and stated as 包果在清官完成 since12/5. And logistics company still hv no pick up since . My other orders which was later then this parcel that reached Singapore, I hv already received. What can I do to check ?
