HI, i am from germany, my account was blocked since 2 weeks or more. I can not call Taobao because i can not speak chinese, otherwise is it too expensive from germany to call there. I can not join the live chat because i can not log in.
Please help.

Hi Eric,
today i try aagin the Hong Kong Number (+852 30183610) and 2 Chinese number (+865 715 688 8688 and +865 718 815 8198 ) but no success, only chinese speaking, i wait long time on the line (5 Minute) and the call end hisself.
Did Taobao have an Email adress to write them?
I can not join the chat support because i can not log in. Account is frozen.

Did you have the real number to call in english, or maybe you have Taobao customer service Email Adress?
