Hi Eric,

I’d placed an order last week and paid for the items accordingly together with local delivery charges and also the consolidated shipping fees calculated by Taobao. The problem now is I just got a message (whatsapp) and phone call from the shipping forwarder requesting for an additional shipping fees. The reason being given is that the parcel at the warehouse have exceeded the limit by 5 times of the shipping fees that I’ve paid earlier. My question is Taobao should have known the weight and consolidated shipping fees for during when I placed my order not after when I’ve fully paid for all the items. It feels like I’ve been taken for a ride on for this. FYI, the parcel has only 7 items.
