Hi Eric,
I got a problem with JCEX and I don’t know how to contact them. Taobao says that 【集运】您的包裹已被佳成集运仓正常入库 and 您的包裹已到达集运仓，请处理并支付集运费，处理集运 but in the 佳成-USPS box I don’t see my item so I cannot pay for the overseas shipping. What should I do now?
