I am having an issue. One of my recent deliveries has an issue at the forwarding warehouse for storage:

2018-Jan-11 Thur. 00:42:47 The shipment has been sent from Hangzhou Interim Department
02:46:51 Express arrived in Hangzhou Xiasha District
08:01:47 [Hangzhou] Xiasha District, Hangzhou, the dispatch member: Yi Sha Enterprise Park 15824415508 is being dispatched to you
09:49:08 Your parcel has been accepted by Jiachang
13:09:48 We’re sorry, your package could not be warehousing due to disassembly.

What does this mean? The seller told me to contact the ‘transfer warehouse’ and tell them my courier number. If you can help guide me, much appreciated. 🙂
