Hi Eric,
I recently managed to pay the international shipping fee since they do not accept credit cards anymore via desktop. But after I paid via the mobile app, I went to my online banking and saw that besides charging me the shipping fee in SGD in Taobao SG, they also charged me another fee of USD 0.30 to taobao London GB. Is this normal? I just changed my card due to a fraud case and worried this may lead to one too. Could you advise?
