Hello Eric,
My 1688, Taobao and Alipay where working fine before now except for the verification of Alipay which yet to be complete.
After about two weeks of not logging.
I changed the avatar of my 1688 today.
On starting the Alipay for verification, I got this message: “You edit your personal info now. Check code:798995. Please submit the code within 30 minutes.(Alipay).
When I then logged in,”I this message appeared on screen “link ID verification to lift restriction” and I was taken straight to the verification pages which is asking me for my “Bank Card No”
I entered my Debit Card No, it is not accepting it.
Any solution for me?
