My 1688 account has been frozen
It shows ” account has serious violation and has been processed as frozen” each time I try to log in. What can I do please
I’ve been trying to unfreeze it but I can’t. And I have paid for my items, it hasn’t gotten to my Shipping company and I can’t track it on 1888. Please help me.
