Hello Eric. So glad to discover this article. Truly appreciate your time and effort in guiding others in signing up for Alipay Business account. It made my experience a lot more pleasant!

I have successfully registered for the Business account, but encountered problem with USD topup.

Recently I top up my Alipay Business account via Wise (https://wise.com).

Wise has successfully transferred the USD into my Alipay Business topup account (Singapore Standard Chartered bank), unfortunately the USD was not credited to my Alipay Business account.

In the topup page, I noticed this:

”

So my question is, the sender’s name has to be the exact match to the name of the Alipay Business account?
