I have tried the steps above but can’t verify after scanning my passport . The error message is The Passport read by NFC doesn’t match the identity information before . Not sure was it because when I first Reg the account years ago I keyed in my old passport number which has expired .
Before the scanning I was prompted to enter the passport number , expiry date and my birth date . But it still doesn’t work . Any advice how to resolve this?
