Hi Eric. I’m from Malaysia. I tried to register an account with taobao, but when i clicked on ‘register’, instead of asking for my email, they asked for my phone number immediately. Therefore, I am not really sure how to proceed with my next step.

I thought “confirmation receipt” is to confirm that my products have arrived at the warehouse. So, now i have no idea how to contact the warehouse to ship my goods to me. I can’t read or write mandarin, which is one huge disadvantage to me 🙁 feels like i just lost some money D:
