Hi Eric, I have some question about my first taobao purchase.

I have bought 2 items (form 2 different stores) and paid with my credit card and the payment went through. I though I chose collective shipment and provided my shipping address in Malaysia but I don’t remember see any shipper name. I’m not sure which stores I bought now and when I check my shipping or order info, there was none. Only old selected ones in my shopping carts.

How do I check the shipment status of my orders and if the deal really got through – my credit card informed me of the transaction already.
