First time making an account and I get this message when attempting to add something to the cart – “Your account is under transaction protection and has been restricted from purchases. It is recommended to go to [Mobile Taobao-Settings-Accounts and Security-Account Health Check Center] for details.”
Then I attempt to complete everything but alipay requires are passport, which I do not have as I haven’t traveled abroad. I used my Drivers licese number which got me to a screen to add a credit card, which apparently they don’t accept Visa? Suggetions?
