Problem if I cannot read chinese. my goods is in the Taobao warehouse and had paid the courier service and record update stops there, and the process also stopped and closed, reason is I did not activate:由于买家超时未处理本次售后服务申请，导致本次售后服务撤销。Who is at fault, and now is at their mercy, where to get help.
