Hi Eric, can you kindly show me how to discard the item in the warehouse? I have a parcel that is supposed to be for sea shipment but the measurement differ from what the seller quoted and now that the actual parcel size has exceeded the ‘small parcel’ measurement and has to be shipped as big parcel. I don’t wanna pay the cost of big parcel shipment which itself is 4 times more than the item cost. The seller agree for refund but i had to pay the shipping back to them (which is also 4 times more than the item). Can i just discard the item in the warehouse? If so, can you show me how please? many thanks for your help
