Comment on How to Return the Goods from Warehouse to Taobao Seller? by azoct.
Hi Eric.
When I choose the delivery option, there is option for air freight, but when the packages arrived in warehouse, it were rejected. I tried to contact ZTO (the forwarder), they told me that they will return it to the seller.
Do I need to file for refund and return or just wait for seller to receive the goods? But, while checking I don’t see any movement with the packages.
Please advise
