Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by Kailo.
Hi eric , i have the same situation , but little different , (I have placed my order and paid and I forgot to choose freight forwarder house) , now the seller is asking me for a Chinese address , now for three days i was searching in taobao on how I can add freight forwarder but I didn’t find.
Second thing , i ask the seller to send the items to my address and he agree , is it safe …. and how I pay him .
