Hi Eric,
I’m confuse on shipping cost calculation, 1 of my parcel is 64*46*35cm which sum out to be 17.173kg. if the 1st kg is 21 rmb (according to cainiao chart) and subsequent KGs is 7.4 rmb, it should cost me only 143.1 rmb but how come it is charging me 166.40 rmb? no matter how I calculate it just don’t get me 166.40 rmb which really confuse me. Is there like hidden cost? Another of my parcel as well is 1.079kg and cost me 36.31 rmb for shipping, even if it calculate as 1.5kg should also cost me less than that? Need your advise please..
