Dear Eric,
I ordered a few items on Taobao for the first time recently and chose Lazada consolidated shipping by sea. The items have been despatched domestically and I’ve paid the shipping for each order when I was notified. Now, some of the orders have been automatically checked as received but I have not got the goods. On the status page, the message is
【海外】您的包裹已被4PX集运仓正常出库
Do you know if this means the items are still on the way to me or they’re stuck in the warehouse waiting to be sent out? Must I contact them to release the orders for shipping to my country? Also where can I find the tracking number?
