Hello Eric, I bought an item on taobao, but I didnt know that I need to use the forwarder agent (warehouse) or taobao only ships directly to Singapore and Malaysia, I input my address in Vietnam..and paid only one time. The payment is done. Can the seller ship directly to my address in Vietnam, or I have to contact him/her again to fix this issue?
