I have same problem too, you need to unbind Alipay from Taobao in Alipay’s app. Here is guide.

However, if you still have some activity in your account they won’t allow you to cancel the account, like me Currently my account is restricted from buying and I still have still ongoing order. I can’t make the second payment to warehouse (eventho using another method of payment like Lazada wallet, not Visa card or Alipay) and I can’t delete Alipay either, do I have no other choice other than make a passport just to verify Alipay..? Does anyone know what else I can do?
