Hi, i’ve recently purchased from taobao, received the goods and wanted to confirm that i have received the goods. however, when i clicked to confirm, the app/website prompted me to input a 6-digit password (?) which i have no clue as to where to get it from. And when i tried to find it, it redirected me to an alipay website for me to set up account ?? any idea on how to solve this?
